The Maui Film Festival put on a screening of Helen Hunt's movie, Then She Found Me.  The review is posted in the website and I invite your comments as well.  But more to the point is the social aspect to the movie screening.  For the  audience there is food available from a local restaurant, today it was from Cafe O Lei a restaurant in Kihei.  This was my first opportunity to take part in this although I have been to several Wednesday screenings, I was amazed at the social aspect to their events with a large gathering after the first screening and before the second screening.  Met some cool people, almost like a Chamber of Commerce mixer !  Suzie Cooney a trainer and model in Maui ( www.suzietrainsmaui.com ) and a Lorna Silkwood ( www.silkwoodhawaii.com ) a local realtor.  Barry Rivers the founder of the Festival, mixing it up with the patrons as well.  A great time for all !
